Overview

Our subscription "Southern Threads Co. Shirt Club" delivers a unique, high-quality shirt to your door each month through our partnership with Printful. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Subscription Details

Billing: Subscriptions are charged monthly on the date of your initial sign-up. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Delivery: Shirts are shipped within 5-7 business days of each billing cycle. Shipping times vary based on your location and Printful’s processing. We, Southern Threads Company, do not handle or ship the products ourselves. Subscription orders will be sent out within 5-7 business days of the day your subscription started each month. Ex. if your subscription started on 1/5, then your next months order will ship out 2/5 with the 5-7 business day grace period.
Designs: Each month features a new, exclusive design. Designs are not customizable and are selected by our team. Designs will range from any size graphic on the back with a small logo on the front to any size logo on the front with a small logo on the back.

10% OFF Store wide is an unlimited perk you acquire while your subscription is currently active. This 10% off comes in the form of a discount code that can be used only by you, the subscriber, for any purchase on the Southern Threads Co. store.
You are still required to pay state tax when applicable.
Shipping will be free for the subscription shipments.
You will be automatically entered in giveaway drawings and raffles as a subscriber and could receive additional Southern Threads Co. merchandise with your monthly subscription package or separately.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify account before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for shirts already shipped or for the current billing period.
